What differentiates us from other communication consultants is the Content Engineering* approach we developed at a major utility -- a system similar to that used to design and manage the construction of Disney World and the Space Shuttle.
Our system produces a content model that assures that you communicate powerfully and consistently, and are always prepared for contingencies.
Exposure to this systems approach alone can turn your entire advertising, PR and Web situations around -- or simply accelerate a research and writing project.
A director at a $40-billion financial services firm in New York said that we "turn projects on a dime, and they are always on target." It is our Content Engineering System that is being our performance.

Like the proverbial bear, we climb the mountain "to see what we can see," giving you a "bigger big picture."

Stephen J. Kasser, Ph.D. earned his Ph.D. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
He began his career as an educator, teaching communications and writing to college students and students at independent schools for ten years.
Offered a management position in the public relations department of a major utility, he was able to use his background in communications theory to design, install and manage an issues management system that "powered the work" of a 35-person corporate communications department.
Dr. Kasser was also the editor and primary writer for the utility’s main communication channel to customers, its monthly customer newsletter – and in the process won eight awards for writing and editing.
It is from this experience that his Content Engineering* systems approach to marketing and corporate communications programs evolved. It has been used successfully in publicity campaigns, investor relations programs, community relations programs and employee communications programs.
The approach was able to generate over 500 media placements per year over several years for a telecommunications company and over 12 trade media placements per month for a major manufacturer of building materials.
It also provided powerful and consistent content for several investor relations and community relations programs.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Kasser wrote, designed and produced the advertising campaign that successfully introduced the Bryant line of air conditioners to the Florida market.
Most recently, his approach helped a New Jersey school district turn a 3/2 defeat into a 2/1 victory in a referendum concerning a $30 million school expansion bond issue – by reframing issues and developing coherent, consistent and targeted messages.
Dr. Kasser is also involved in educational improvement, as consulting editor on a major textbook on inner city education and as one of the first programmed learning curriculum developers in the country.
Also something of an audiovisual expert, Dr. Kasser co-produced an award-winning record album, was a tape and film editor on a restoration project involving the world's largest collection of folk song and dance, and worked as an technician recording the Philadelphia Orchestra Strings.
In his "spare time" he is a semi-professional violinist, 4.0 -.4.5 ATA- level tennis player, ASA-certified sailor, avid cyclist, runner and river and mountain hiker.
